Review and revise bilateral transfer agreement for international sports federations. Draft pleadings on behalf of international sports federations in anti-doping disputes. Draft decisions in doping, contract and transfer disputes for an international sports federation. Draft pleadings representing prominent international soccer clubs in international match-fixing, training compensation, solidarity mechanism disputes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Conduct Title IX climate assessment regarding sexual violence for a large public university. Draft report for the President and Board of Regents of the university with the findings of the Title IX climate assessment.

Drafted discovery motions for firm specialising in Section 1983 claims, personal injury, medical malpractice, and other torts. Personally managed discovery for 40 cases. Appeared and argued motions against City of New York.

Excalibur Sports, Inc., Manhasset, NY, MLB Salary Arbitration Intern, January 2011- February 2011.

Drafted one on one statistical and award comparisons of an outfielder and eight comparable players to be used as a possible exhibit to prove the team’s salary figure in a Major League Baseball salary arbitration hearing (case settled before hearing). Researched the endorsement and marketing history of two first basemen as well as team attendance figures for sports boutique firm that represents management side in salary arbitration.

Madison Square Garden, New York Rangers, Public Relations, New York, NY, Intern, August 2005- December 2005

Copy-edited the 2005-06 New York Rangers Media Guide and oversaw the distribution of the Media Guide to the NHL office, all NHL teams, all Madison Square Garden executives, department heads, and local and national hockey media.  Researched and maintained player statistics for all European, and selected college and junior prospects which was distributed to Hockey Operations personnel, including the General Manager, and all Rangers’ beat writers.
