Carol Etter
Carol Etter, a Swiss-trained Attorney-At-Law, studied at the University of Basel and holds a Master in International Sports Law from the Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in Madrid, Spain. After working for a Bundesliga club for two years, she joined Cavaliero & Associates, a boutique law firm specialized in sports, in 2018. She represents clients in all aspects of national and international sports law (litigation and party representation before the Swiss Federal Tribunal, the Court of Arbitration for Sport or before international and national sports bodies, in compliance, governance or regulatory matters) as well as in data protection matters. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of FC Basel since 2021 and ofthe appeal committee for licensing of the Swiss Football League since 2023.
